Room service without a kitchen

QR cards go in the rooms, and your guests open the menu in their own language and order. Preparation, delivery and software stay on the restaurant’s side.

The card placed in a room: the room number and the QR code that starts an order.

Guests order in their own language

A guest who scans the card downloads no app and signs up for nothing. The menu opens in their phone’s language, they pay online by card and follow the order live. The hotel has nothing to do in this flow.

  • The menu shows in the languages the restaurant has switched on; the interface is hand-written in five
  • A note or message a guest writes in their own language is read in Turkish at the restaurant
  • Delivery goes to the room door or to reception

What hotels need and do not need

No kitchen or staff
The restaurant prepares the food and brings it to the room.
No software or panel
The hotel has no panel of its own; there is nothing to learn or install.
No cash changes hands
Guests pay online by card; there is no cash or change at reception.
What the hotel is asked to do
Let the cards go in the rooms and, if delivery is to reception, get the order up to the room.

Terms are set hotel by hotel

Each hotel has its own delivery point, estimated time, minimum order, delivery fee, service hours and commission rate. Room door or reception: you choose the delivery point together.

  • A hotel-specific price difference can be set, as a plus or minus percentage
  • Outside service hours the menu opens but ordering is closed
  • When a card’s code is renewed, the old code stops working at once

A commission statement every month

At the end of the month the restaurant issues a statement showing your hotel’s delivered orders and commission. It is prepared as a PDF, and you do not have to log in to a panel.

  • An order refunded after delivery shows as a negative line
  • An order cancelled before delivery is not on the statement
  • If your rate changes later, past months stay as they were

Common questions

Does the hotel pay anything?

Software, QR cards and delivery are on the restaurant’s side. The hotel earns the agreed commission on orders from its rooms.

How is commission calculated, and how do I see it?

The rate is set hotel by hotel. It is calculated on the product total of delivered orders after discounts; the delivery fee is not included. A statement is prepared at the end of each month.

Does hotel staff need to do anything?

Not if delivery is to the room door. If you choose delivery to reception, getting the order up to the room is reception’s job.

What if a card is lost or misused?

The restaurant renews that room’s code in the panel. The old code stops working at once, and a new card is printed and placed in the room.
