Room service for the small hotel too

A boutique hotel or guesthouse with no restaurant works with one nearby. QR cards go in the rooms; the restaurant prepares and delivers.

One card per room, nothing more

However many rooms you have, the work is the same: each room gets a card with its own number and QR code. The restaurant prepares the cards in its panel and puts them in the rooms.

  • Cards can be printed as an A5 room card or as a sticker
  • Rooms are added one by one or as a range such as 101-120
  • If a card is lost, the code is renewed and the old one stops working at once

Made for a small property

No restaurant needed
A restaurant nearby prepares the food; you do not need a kitchen.
No extra staff
If delivery is to the room door, your staff do not have to handle orders.
No money to handle
Payment is taken online, so you have no cash, change or till to deal with.
No foreign languages needed
The menu opens in the guest’s language, and guests chat with the restaurant through translation.

The guest’s question goes to the restaurant

A guest writes their question to the restaurant in the chat on the order screen. They write in their own language, the restaurant reads it in Turkish, and the reply comes back in the guest’s language. They can also see where the order is themselves.

  • Order status updates live: received, preparing, on the way, delivered
  • The restaurant sorts out a missing or wrong item
  • The restaurant handles cancellations and refunds

Common questions

Can a small hotel with no restaurant join?

Yes, that is exactly who this is for. A restaurant nearby prepares the food. Put your location in the application and we will look together at whether the restaurant can deliver to you.

Can we start with a few rooms?

Yes. Rooms are added one by one; you can start with one floor or a few rooms and widen it once you see how it goes.

Our reception is small. Who handles the orders?

If delivery is to the room door, hotel staff need not do anything. Ordering, preparation and delivery are the restaurant’s work.

Who handles guest complaints?

The restaurant. Guests write to the restaurant directly from the order screen, and the restaurant handles cancellations and refunds.
