Order from your room: no app, no sign-up
Scan the QR code on the room card with your phone’s camera. The menu opens in your language; choose, pay and follow your order live.
Scan the card, then use your browser
The card in your room has a QR code. Your phone’s camera is enough: you download no app and create no account. The card only tells us which room you are in, and the order comes to that room.
- Giving a name, phone number or email is optional
- Your session stays valid for 24 hours after you last use it
- If the restaurant is closed you can still browse and see when ordering opens
In your own language
The menu opens in your phone’s language, and a language picker lets you switch. The catalogue has 20 languages, the restaurant decides which are switched on, and Arabic reads right to left.

Build your cart your way
On a product’s page you see its photo, description and allergens. You can add a note to the order; you write it in your own language and the kitchen reads it in Turkish. The total, delivery fee and any discount are shown before you pay.
- If you have a coupon code, enter it in the cart
- The delivery point and estimated time are on the screen
- Payment is taken on the payment provider’s secure page
See where your order is
The tracking screen shows four steps: received, preparing, on the way, delivered. When the status changes the screen updates by itself, so you never reload. After delivery you can leave a rating and a comment.
- Write your question to the restaurant in your own language and read the reply in it
- If you like, open the Turkish original of the reply
- An order that is not paid cancels itself after 15 minutes
About your data
- Your card details stay with the processor
- Payment is taken on PayTR’s secure page; card details never reach EatHub’s servers.
- No messages to you
- Notifications go only to the restaurant’s team; you are sent no SMS or WhatsApp.
- Only you see your order
- The phone that placed the order sees it and the chat; another phone in the same room cannot.
- Your data is kept for a set time
- Your name, phone number, notes and messages are anonymised once the set period ends; the default is 365 days.

Common questions
Do I need to download an app or sign up?
No. Scanning the QR code with your phone’s camera is enough; the menu opens in the browser.
Where are my card details kept?
Payment is taken on PayTR’s secure page, and card details never reach EatHub’s servers. An order is final only once payment is verified.
What if my language is not on the menu?
You can pick another language from the picker. A product whose translation is not ready yet shows its name in Turkish.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Write to the restaurant in the chat on the order screen, in your own language. For a missing or wrong item, the restaurant handles the cancellation and refund.
