General
What is EatHub?
A system that lets guests order from a nearby restaurant with a QR card in the hotel room. The guest sees the menu in their language, pays and follows the order, and the order lands in the restaurant’s management panel.
How does it work?
The guest scans the QR card in the room, chooses from the menu and pays. The order appears in the restaurant’s panel; the restaurant prepares it and takes it to the room.
What do we do to get started?
The hotel fills in the application form. Then the delivery point, service hours and commission rate are agreed, the rooms are set up and QR cards go into the rooms.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Scan the QR code on the demo page with your phone and order from the demo room. No payment is taken and nobody receives the order.
Hotels
What does the hotel have to do?
Set up the rooms and QR cards together with the restaurant. The hotel has no panel of its own, and when delivery goes to the room, staff have nothing to do.
Does it cost the hotel anything?
No. The hotel earns commission on orders from its rooms. The rate is set for each hotel and shown in a monthly statement for that hotel.
How is commission calculated?
On the product total of delivered orders after discounts; the delivery fee is not included. An order refunded after delivery appears in the statement as a negative line.
Where is the order delivered?
To the room door or to reception. We set this with each hotel, and the guest sees the delivery point on the order screen.
What if a room’s card goes missing?
The room’s QR code is renewed from the panel. The old code stops working at once, and a new card is printed and placed in the room.
Restaurants
How does the restaurant receive orders?
Orders arrive on the live order board in the management panel with a sound alert. The kitchen receipt prints automatically on the connected thermal printer, and the team gets a WhatsApp message.
Can there be several hotels?
Yes. Each hotel has its own delivery point, service hours, minimum order, delivery fee and commission rate, and all their orders reach the same board.
Can the menu include market products?
Yes. The menu has a Food section and a Market section. Market products have stock tracking: an order takes from stock and a cancellation puts it back.
Who sees what on the team?
There are four roles: Owner, Manager, Kitchen and Courier, and each sees only its own screens. Changes are kept in the activity log.
What happens at busy times?
Busy mode lengthens the delivery time or pauses ordering. Service hours can also be set for each hotel.
Guests
Do I need to install an app or sign up?
No. Scan the card with your phone camera and the menu opens in the browser.
Which languages are available?
The catalogue has 20 languages, and the restaurant chooses which to turn on. The interface in Turkish, English, German, Russian and Arabic is written by hand; other languages are generated with AI.
How do I follow my order?
Received, preparing, on the way and delivered appear on screen and update without reloading. After delivery you can leave a rating and a review.
Can I talk to the restaurant?
Yes. You write in your own language and the restaurant reads and replies in Turkish. You see the reply in your language and can open the original if you like.
Can I add a note to my order?
Yes. A note in a language other than Turkish is translated into Turkish, and the restaurant sees it in the panel and on the receipt.
Payments
How is a card payment taken?
Payment is taken on the secure PayTR page, and card details never reach EatHub servers. An order is confirmed only by a verified payment.
What if the payment is not made?
An unpaid order cancels itself after 15 minutes and never reaches the kitchen.
Are refunds possible?
Yes. The restaurant refunds a cancelled order in full or, if needed, in part. Refunds are made from the panel.
Can coupons or campaigns be set up?
Yes: coupon codes, happy hour, a first-order discount and free delivery. One discount applies at a time, and free delivery applies on top.
Technical
What data is stored, and for how long?
A guest’s name, phone number, email, notes, chat messages and review texts are anonymised after a set period, 365 days by default. Amounts and reports are not affected.
What do receipts need?
A small program running on a Windows computer at the restaurant and a thermal printer connected by network or USB (ESC/POS).
What if the printer goes offline?
The order still shows on the board and the team gets a warning. The receipt can be reprinted from the order detail.
What if the WhatsApp connection drops?
Orders are not affected, and a warning shows in the panel. If a Telegram backup is set up, the notification goes there.
Can reports be exported?
Yes. Tables download as Excel or CSV, and the commission statement for each hotel as a PDF.
