2. Main characteristics and price of the products
The food and drinks you order, their quantities, the options you chose, unit prices, any discount and delivery fee, and the total including taxes are shown in your basket at the payment step and in the "Order details" section next to this form. Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT.
3. Payment
Payment is taken online at the time of ordering by debit or credit card through a licensed payment institution. The Seller never sees or stores your card details. Instalments are not offered.
4. Delivery
Your order is delivered to the hotel room where you scanned the QR code or, where the hotel's rules require, to the hotel reception. The estimated delivery time is shown when you order. Details are set out in the Delivery Terms.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that deteriorate quickly or may expire, or of goods prepared to the consumer's request. As your order consists of freshly prepared food and drinks, you have no right of withdrawal.
You may, however, ask to cancel before preparation starts; your rights for orders that cannot be delivered, or that are incomplete or wrong, are explained in the Cancellation and Refund Terms.
6. Complaints
You can send questions and complaints through the live chat on the order screen, by phone on [not provided] or by email to [not provided]. In a dispute you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) of your place of residence or of the transaction, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) above those limits.
