Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice

This notice informs you how your personal data is processed, under Article 10 of KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698).

2. Personal data processed

• Order and delivery data: hotel name, room number, order content, your order note, order and delivery times.
• Contact details (optional): your name and phone number, if you enter them when ordering.
• Transaction data: the amount paid and the result given by the payment institution. Your card number never reaches the Seller; it is processed by the payment institution.
• Messages and reviews: your live chat messages, the rating and comments you give.
• Technical data: session cookie, your language choice, IP address and browser details (for security and to prevent misuse).
• Hotel applications: the name, phone and message of the hotel representative who fills in the form on eathub.com.tr.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

• Taking, preparing, delivering and charging for your order: formation and performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
• Invoicing, accounting and statutory retention: compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).
• Answering complaints and requests, measuring service quality, system security and preventing misuse: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Assessing hotel applications and contacting the applicant: steps prior to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).

4. Transfers of personal data

• Payment institution: to take payments and make refunds.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers: to run the system; your data is stored on their servers.
• Automatic translation service: your order note, chat messages and comments are sent to an AI-based translation service so that the restaurant team can understand them. This provider's servers may be located abroad; the transfer is made under the conditions of KVKK Art. 9.
• Authorities: to public bodies authorised by law, on request.
• Your name and phone number are not included in the notification messages sent to the restaurant team.

5. How data is collected

Your personal data is collected electronically through the order screen opened by scanning the QR code, the payment step, the live chat and the forms on eathub.com.tr.

6. Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the periods set by law (Tax Procedure Law No. 213, Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102). Session data expires after at most 24 hours without use. Data whose period has ended is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to ask for it to be corrected if incomplete or wrong, and deleted or destroyed where the conditions are met; to ask for these actions to be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
